1. Protected Data.
TreeHub uses commercially practicable means to protect all personal data collected on the Platform from being improperly accessed by third parties at any time. All financial transactions will be conducted through a third party Payment Vendor on that Payment Vendor’s secure site. Additionally, to the extent that TreeHub does not foresee a continued use of any such data, it will promptly destroy such data without retaining copies for its files.

3. Information Collected Automatically.
During your visit the Platform, it may automatically collect and store the following types of information about your computer and your visit: (i) the domain and host from which you access the Internet; (ii) the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to the Platform, if applicable; (iii) the date and time you arrived at the Platform and how long you spent on the Platform and which pages you visited; (iv) Your Internet protocol (IP) address; and (v) your computer's operating system and browser software.
4. Information Collected by TreeHub.
When you sign up for a TreeHub account, you will provide your email address, username, and password. In order to place a pre-order on TreeHub, you will provide your full name, mobile phone number, a selfie of your face, and a copy of your government-issued ID (i.e. your driver’s license, state ID card, or passport). TreeHub will prompt you to use Passbase, a third party identity verification platform. Such information is a part of what’s called your personally identifiable information (“PII”) as this is data that can be used to specifically identify you. TreeHub stores your full name, government-issued ID and mobile telephone number, for the limited purpose of allowing you to place future orders more efficiently.
5. How TreeHub uses the Information it Collects.
The Platform uses “cookies”. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a website user’s hard drive to help us improve your access to the Platform and identify repeat visitors to the Platform. For instance, when TreeHub uses a cookie to identify you, you would not have to login a password more than once, thereby saving time while on the Platform. Use of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on the Platform. TreeHub has no control over or access to cookies that one of its advertisers may use on the Platform.

The Platform is intended for access and use by individuals who are of legal age for the services offered based on the applicable regulations of their state or other government entities (“Qualifying Age”). TreeHub does not knowingly collect PII or other data from or about anyone who is not of Qualifying Age. If you are not of Qualifying Age, you should not attempt to access or use TreeHub, or send any data to us. If TreeHub discovers that it has collected PII or other data from an individual who is not of Qualifying Age, it will take steps to remove that data.
10. Data Security.
All of the information TreeHub collects is protected within its database, and TreeHub is committed to securing that data. Although TreeHub takes reasonable, industry-standard precautions to protect your information, no security measures are 100% secure, and TreeHub cannot guarantee the full security of your information. You are also responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to emails or physical mail between you and TreeHub at all times. When you direct TreeHub to share your information with third parties, please note that your privacy and security may also be affected by changes in such third party services. TreeHub is not responsible for the functionality, privacy, or security measures of any other organization or third party.
